Throughout treatment, Dr. Agapas personally evaluates every patient, develops every treatment plan, and performs every orthodontic adjustment. From your first consultation to the day your braces are removed, your care remains in the hands of the orthodontist who knows your treatment best. Every recommendation is based on careful diagnosis, thoughtful planning, and what will provide the healthiest long-term outcome for each patient.

Since opening our Kingston practice in 1993, our commitment has remained the same, to provide personalized orthodontic care with honesty, respect, and the same level of care we would want for our own family.
My first appointment each morning is to remove braces from a patient who is completing treatment. I can’t think of a better way to start my day. The patient is excited, we are excited and the family is excited. It is the completion of a journey for everyone.

Karen is the person who helps turn questions into confidence. As our Treatment Coordinator, she guides patients and their families through financial arrangements, insurance, and treatment options, ensuring they understand every step before treatment begins. She enjoys getting to know the families we care for and helping make the process straightforward and comfortable.

SCHEDULING COORDINATOR
For many patients, our Scheduling Coordinator, Casey, is the first friendly voice they hear and the first smile they see when they arrive. She coordinates appointments, welcomes new and returning families, and keeps the office running smoothly. Her organization and warm personality help every visit begin on a positive note.
Makenna
ORTHODONTIC ASSISTANT
Makenna works closely with Dr. Agapas throughout every stage of treatment, helping patients feel comfortable and well cared for during each visit. She assists with orthodontic procedures, digital scans, X-rays, and clinical photography, ensuring appointments run smoothly while helping patients understand each step of their treatment.

ORTHODONTIC ASSISTANT
Andrea enjoys getting to know patients and helping them feel comfortable throughout their orthodontic journey. Working closely with Dr. Agapas, she assists with orthodontic procedures, digital imaging, clinical photography, and patient care, helping ensure every appointment is efficient, welcoming, and personalized.
Theresa
LABORATORY ASSISTANT
Theresa brings a unique combination of dental and laboratory experience to our team. A certified dental assistant and dental technician, she previously worked at Shaw Dental Labs before joining our practice. As our Laboratory Assistant, Theresa is responsible for creating our in-house orthodontic devices, combining her technical expertise with exceptional attention to detail to customize each one to the individual needs of our patients.
